Our standard rates include: utilities - gas, water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, initial wood basket for open fires (winter season only), exclusive use of villa pool, 1 x mid-week full maid and linen service, end of stay cleaning, additional end of week maid and linen service for stays of more than 1 week, use of laundry room, use of phone and fax (payable locally), e-mail service (payable locally), general housekeeper, gardener and maintenance man.
Extras: Daily or extra maid service or other domestic personnel such as a cook or professional chef and baby-sitting service are to be requested and booked in advance. These services are subject to availability of staff so we do advise guests to book early to avoid disappointment. Payable locally.
Extra linen service to be requested and booked in advance and payable locally.

Estate Manager - English estate manager. Assistance on hand 24hours locally.

Personalized Services - Fattoria Santo Stefano also provides the following highly personalized services: taxis and transfers, tailor made art/cultural tours and itineraries with local guides, information on all local events and festival programmes, museum and gallery bookings with guided tours of the major art towns, cooking demonstrations or lessons in collaboration with top local restaurants, wine tasting with qualified sommeliers, art/ceramic demonstrations/lessons, spa days and griffe fashion shopping tours..

Weddings & Events - We are now delighted to be able to offer our guests the possibility to host small wedding receptions and events at our Villas in conjunction with weekly rentals during the Summer season and 3 night minimum stays during the low season.
