Kitchen with 6 ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster. Guest/Staff Bathroom.

Cottage View Apartment Suite First Floor : Private Independent access outside staircase: 3 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, living-dining area with kitchen corner with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster. Small guest bathroom. No internal steps.

Garden View Apartment Suite First Floor: Private Independent access outside staircase: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Living-dining area with kitchen corner with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster. No internal steps.

NB. All twins can be made into doubles. Twins are small beds and may not be suitable for large or tall adults.
Apartments and main Villa have air conditioning and heating system. Each room has its own hairdryer.

The Cottage: large room heated and air conditioned furnished with tables and chairs. Feature fireplace. Guest bathroom.

Kitchen: professional 6 ringed gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, American coffee maker, toaster.

Living Area: Dining room table seats 26, smaller table to seat 8, round table to seat 4. Fireplace with sofas and easy chairs, TV sitting room with sofas and easy chairs.

Outdoor

Loggia veranda with cushioned wrought iron, sunbeds, deckchairs, sun umbrellas. Steps between loggia and pool solarium.

Large covered pizza oven area. Portable barbecue. Large flat lawn area.
Infinity pool irregular shaped 7m x 21m; shallow end 1.2m - deep end 2.5m. with whirlpool bath depth 90cm. Open 1/5 – 1/10. In the case of good weather the pool may be opened earlier. During the low season it may be opened at a supplement.

The pool, loggia and garden are all lit up at night.
