Living Area: ground floor. Fireplace lounge, dining area, kitchen area with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster.
Main dining table seats comfortably 6 guests. Glass sliding veranda doors on all sides.

Rooms: off ground floor garden side. Master double bedroom, hallway leading into private shower room. Glass veranda sliding doors to garden on both sides of the bedroom. Feature only fireplace. Off ground floor pool side hallway leads to: Twin/Double bedroom with en-suite shower room; Double/twin bedroom with private shower room. Both with glass veranda sliding doors on to garden.
NB.
The Villa has air conditioning and heating system. Each room has its own hairdryer.


Outdoor

Courtyard : furnished with cushioned rattan furniture. Pool solarium with sunbeds, sun umbrellas. Pool solarium is directly accessible from French windows from the villa. Panoramic dining area. Paved stone courtyard, olive trees and flowering beds, extensive lawns on 3 sides of the house.

Swimming pool: Private pool with central spa bath feature 8 x 5m. Depth 90cm – 1m approx. In the case of good weather the pool may be opened earlier. During the low season it may be opened at a supplement. The pool is not heated.

The pool, courtyard and garden are all lit up at night.

NB: *On a note for children":
The spacious indoor ground floor areas offer great floor space for children to play and given the proximity of the pool to the house they can be kept instantly in view although as always children need to be watched.
