Rentals are per week, from Saturday to Saturday. Rental rates include:

Use of the swimming-pool (open from 01.05 until 01.10) - Pool is not heated -
In the case of good weather the pool may be opened earlier. During the low season
it may be opened at a supplement.
Pool towels one supply - extra changes available on request and on payment
Bed, kitchen and bath linen
One fold away child cot with sheets (up to 2.5 years approx) - (no coverlet or
blanket for hygiene purposes) and one high chair provided with rental
Water, gas, electricity, air conditioning, heating (by law usable from November
until April)
Maid Service: 2 hours per morning Mon-Fri - with 3 bath linen changes
Final cleaning

maid service due to changeover day - Sunday service available, to be booked in
advance/subject to supplement.
Staffed villa - gardener/maintenance/pool man.
Washer and Dryer - free use
Iron and iron board
Parking
All taxes with exception of the City tax which has to be paid on the spot
